You still get full access to the BoonFit App, but you also get matched with a dedicated personal trainer who provides direct support. This means: ✅ Real-Time Coaching: Ask questions, get advice, and stay motivated with direct messaging. ✅ Weekly Progress Check-Ins: Your coach monitors your progress, provides feedback, and updates your plan. ✅ Customized Plans: Your training and nutrition plans are continuously adjusted to keep you on track. How many days per week do I need to train?
My programs are designed to be efficient, requiring just 3 focused workouts per week. By maximizing key lifts and using optimized rep ranges, you’ll see significant results without needing to spend hours in the gym. However, there is room to do more. Workout however many days you are comfortable with and what fits around your daily schedule.
Will I need any special equipment?
Most of the programs and plans can be completed with basic gym equipment, including dumbbells, barbells, and access to a pull-up bar. Ideally, a gym membership will help.
